In compliance with CMN Resolution 4,859/2020, this channel is exclusively intended for the receipt of reports related to illicit acts such as internal fraud, money laundering, corruption (according to the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law No. 12,846/2013 and other related laws), conflicts of interest, abusive outbound telemarketing (in the offer of products and services), among other situations involving misconduct by employees, administrators, and service providers of Atlas Finance & Tech Ltda.

 

Reports can be made anonymously or identified, and in all cases, we are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower's identity. Those who in good faith report or express complaints, suspicions, doubts, or concerns regarding possible violations of the Institution's guidelines cannot suffer retaliation.
